Enrique García Alvarado

VICE PRESIDENT

Enrique has more than 30 years of professional experience in advising in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. He has advised on cross-border transactions in a wide variety of industrial sectors. Before founding Garal Interactis, he founded and was General Manager of Garal Group. Previously he served as Executive Director of Eurocontinental Advisers, a private equity management company headquartered in London and supported by Crédit Agricole (France) and DG Bank (Germany), and as Senior Manager at KPMG, where he managed M & A legal and fiscal advisory activities.

He has a degree in Economics and Law from the University of Barcelona, is an Accounts Censor and has completed the General Management Program (PDG) of the IESE Business School.
